A poorly secured roller caused the customer’s automatic garage door to come out of its tracks.
Our Solution:
Lifting the door off of its tracks manually was necessary for reattaching the loose roller with a set of new sturdier screws. Then, after oiling and cleaning the tracks and making sure they were secure, our technicians lowered the door back into place.
