Each time it reached a certain point, the garage door went off the track.

When a garage door can’t stay in the track, the culprit is either the rollers or the tracks themselves. In this instance, both were problematic. To locate the original source of the damage, we examined the hardware. First, we found rust and bending in one section of the left track. Then we discovered that on the same side, several garage door rollers were in poor shape. After replacing the old rollers with new ones, we scrubbed off the rust and hammered the bent track to its correct shape. The problem was solved successfully.
